Remote Infrastructure Support Engineer (Cloud & Systems)

Description:

• Provide technical support and administration for cloud and on-prem IT environments.
• Deliver specialized technical assistance to employees across the Americas and Asia-Pacific time zones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Support and Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• Scripting or automation experience using Bash or Python.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
