Description:
- Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) role focused on enhancing Customer Operations teams through AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Responsibilities include building AI tools, maintaining a shared agent platform, and developing internal software and integrations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep experience with REST APIs and building integrations between SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI evaluation systems.
- Strong platform thinking and ability to create reusable tools for non-engineers.
- Experience in Customer Support or Success environments, and building internal platforms.
