Remote iOS Software Engineer

Description:

• A1 is developing a proactive AI smart assistant aimed at enhancing user interactions and workflows.
• The iOS Software Engineer will create a production-grade iOS application focusing on AI interactions, performance, reliability, and user trust.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered features in mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of async/await, concurrency, and background tasks.
• Solid skills in iOS performance and memory optimization.
• Experience in shipping and maintaining production iOS apps.
• Comfort with designing for latency and non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Exposure to CoreML or on-device ML.
• Familiarity with feature flags or remote configuration systems.
• Strong intuition for AI UX patterns and user trust considerations.
