Description:

• Tieto Tech Consulting seeks a highly skilled IP Network Engineer NOC to join a Telecom Team for client BICS, which operates a vast communication network.
• The role involves monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and coordinating the resolution of network incidents affecting global IP backbone and telecommunications services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong IP networking knowledge with CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IP network operations and troubleshooting, preferably with Cisco/Nokia equipment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
