Remote IT Support Engineer L2/L3 (BPMS system)

Description:

• Provide technical support for the BPMS (Business Process Management System).
• Perform administrative tasks including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user request fulfillment.
• Configure the BPMS system and create operational reports from the database (MS SQL).
• Develop macros for process automation and set up monitoring metrics.
• Install and test new patches, interact with system developers, and participate in system development projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in the IT field.
• Knowledge of automated enterprise management systems.
• Advanced skills in Linux OS (bash scripting).
• Proficiency in Docker.
• Skills in PL/SQL (scripting and procedures).
• Experience in configuring BPMS systems is a plus.
