Description:

  • 100% Remote position for an IT System Administrator at Eltropy, a Fintech SaaS firm.
  • Responsible for day-to-day IT operations for the India team, including endpoint management, identity administration, and end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT/systems administration experience.
  • Proficiency in macOS and Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft Entra ID, and Kandji MDM.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work overlapping hours with other regions as needed.
