Remote IT Systems Administrator (Cloud Infrastructure) - 11442

Description:

• Serve as the strategic and technical architect of Coupa's enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Manage complex multi-cloud environments across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Provide high-touch support to a diverse user base, including C-suite executives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.
• Exceptional communication skills to support and influence high-level stakeholders.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise, Anthropic’s developer console, and SSO/SAML integrations (including Okta).
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and spend management tools for tracking $1M+ annual budgets.
• Understanding of the evolving cloud and security landscape, including LLM security and API-based integrations.
