Description:

  • Manage, maintain, and improve the technical infrastructure of a US-based healthcare practice.
  • Hands-on role involving IT systems administration, Zoho platform management, website development, healthcare system support, AI tool administration, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with website hosting and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Zoho applications or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user access management, cybersecurity best practices, and staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a secure home workspace.
