Description:
- Lead the engineering team in technical vision, architecture, and delivery of complex back-end software solutions.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, with all communication in English.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.
- Deep experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with experience in database design and optimization.
- Strong experience with SOAP and RESTful web services, including XML serialization/deserialization.
- Mastery of software design patterns and modern distributed system design.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
