Description:

Seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Java Developer with a foundational understanding of contact center technologies.
Responsible for development, maintenance, and Level 3 support of enterprise applications for contact center operations across Cisco and Genesys platforms.

Requirements:

2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development with Java as the primary language.
Proficiency with Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (Vaadin, Thymeleaf, Bootstrap).
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Informix) and writing SQL queries.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to serve as a Level 3 escalation point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
