Remote Junior Google Cloud Architect (REF4953I)

Description:

• Analyze and research cloud-native tools to design Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Support the T-Systems Public Cloud Product Management Team in building solutions based on customer feedback.
• Contribute to cloud solutions implementation and service improvement initiatives using Google Cloud technologies.
• Participate in technical workshops and assist in pilot projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects to review client workloads and provide technical support.
• Assist in client proposals and presentations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Review existing customer environments for improvement and cloud migration planning.
• Build automated cloud-native solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
• Create templates and prepare technical documentation for the solution portfolio.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for troubleshooting cloud-based systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps practices (internships and academic work included).
• Foundational knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and key services (Compute Engine, GKE, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern software development using Python, NodeJS, or Java.
• Understanding of cloud networking, automation, and security practices.
• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
