As a Lead Agent Integration Engineer (f/m/d), you will integrate Parloa’s product suite into customers' technical infrastructure and drive engineering excellence.
You will mentor and coach engineers while acting as an interface between engineering, product, and customer success teams.
Your role will involve building an efficient integration architecture, including solution architecture or data flow diagrams.
You will run workshops with partners and customers around Parloa’s integration services.
You will lead technology improvements and initiatives, optimizing engineering excellence.
Your responsibilities include developing new features and functionality for a scalable and robust AIE ecosystem.
You will drive tech debt reduction and enforce engineering best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability.
You will conduct pair programming and code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
You will establish and maintain clear architectural documentation and guidelines.
You will facilitate the productization of existing workarounds to enhance the AIE ecosystem.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing full-stack engineering, ideally in a B2B context.
Strong experience with Azure services, cloud deployment, and infrastructure management is required.
You should possess strong API design expertise, particularly focused on TypeScript, including API versioning and security best practices.
A proven track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring teams is essential.
Bonus points if you have basic knowledge of conversational AI and NLU-related ML, as well as experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
