Description:

  • Lead technical initiatives and optimize R&D team workflows.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for a US-based enterprise in online advertising.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering (any programming language).
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AI solutions and system architecture design.
  • Experience in driving technical strategy and process improvements.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
