Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end AI Engineering workstream for the Luma platform.
  • Drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface for clients and oversee multiple engineering pods.

Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading AI/ML engineering teams.
  • Expertise in AI/ML technologies (GenAI, LLMs, MLOps) and programming (Python, Golang).
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and building enterprise AI platforms.
  • Strong client-facing, solution architecture, and cross-functional leadership skills.
