Description:

  • Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions for the SmartCare platform.
  • Collaborate with the AI Architect to own product-level AI solution development.
  • Build RAG pipelines using EHR data and clinical text.
  • Establish MLOps infrastructure and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML solutions.
  • 2+ years leading AI/ML initiatives or teams.
  • Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models and Azure AI services.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL Server, and MLOps tools.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and Responsible AI practices.
