Description:
- Lead Sureel's business development and licensing function, reporting to the CEO and Co-Presidents.
- Negotiate with AI companies, DSPs, and rights holders to structure agreements that enhance adoption of Sureel's infrastructure.
- Develop business models and economic frameworks for licensing and integration with AI and DSPs.
- Serve as the primary liaison with industry and regulatory bodies related to Sureel's business.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements in music, media, or technology.
- Strong understanding of music industry economics and licensing frameworks.
- Ability to model revenue structures and communicate effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating with platforms, DSPs, or rights holders, and managing complex deals.
