Description:
- Lead technical engagements at FORT’s strategic customers, focusing on integration of wireless E-Stop and remote-control products.
- Act as a player-coach, mentoring junior engineers while leading complex integrations and ensuring technical excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 4+ years in systems engineering or technical integration in robotics or industrial automation, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing junior engineers.
- Deep hands-on experience with CAN bus protocols and API integration.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and functional safety standards.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $130,000-$160,000, based on qualifications and experience.
- Total compensation may include additional incentives and benefits.
