Description:

  • Lead the experimentation program focusing on test design, statistical rigor, and readouts across various channels.
  • Own the acquisition-to-conversion funnel, shaping testing direction in collaboration with CRO and Growth PMs.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and familiar with dbt and Lightdash for building models.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experiment instrumentation, and funnel economics (CAC, LTV).
  • Experience in designing experiments and delivering actionable insights to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage automation of metrics and analysis processes.
