Description:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of the enterprise data platform, focusing on Snowflake data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, and mentor team members while partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud environments.
- Advanced experience with Snowflake, SQL, and a scripting language like Python.
- Strong skills in designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and dimensional data modeling.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar orchestration platforms.
- Proven technical leadership and strong communication skills.
