- Lead the development of models for auto insurance shopper conversion and media spend optimization.
- Collaborate with business to frame problems, find data, build and validate models, and monitor deployment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on applied data science experience with measurable business impact.
- Proven experience in driving paid media decisions through model development, including understanding of neural networks and loss functions.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with end-to-end model ownership experience.
