Description:
- Founding Growth Engineer responsible for creating repeatable systems for marketplace submissions.
- Own the metric of unique submissions, collaborating with the founder and Head of Marketing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of engineering experience with backend (Python, Postgres, AWS) and frontend (React, JavaScript/TypeScript) skills.
- Proven track record of owning growth systems from design to production.
- Familiarity with growth tooling and analytics (A/B testing, product analytics, attribution).
- Strong instinct for funnels and data instrumentation.
- Experience owning a north-star metric and strong collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with collectibles or alternative asset marketplaces.
