Description:

• Experience as a player-coach leading a small engineering team while actively coding.
• Strong generalist skills in databases, Linux, networking, deployment, and application code.
• Proven ability to manage production infrastructure and handle migrations.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices like Git, CI, and automated testing.
• Comfortable making technical decisions with incomplete information and documenting processes clearly.
