Remote Lead Engineer with .Net

Description:

• Lead Backend Engineer (.NET) responsible for defining technical direction and shaping architecture for a cloud-based platform.
• Hands-on leadership role involving coding, code reviews, and mentorship while collaborating with product and engineering leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer with .NET / C#.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS relevant).
• Experience with asynchronous, distributed, or event-driven systems.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset.
• Curiosity for learning new technologies, especially frontend frameworks like React.
