Remote Lead Full-Stack Engineer - Voice AI & Integrations

Description:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with CRM, EMR/EHR, and business systems.
• Own appointment scheduling processes including availability checks, booking, and conflict resolution.
• Connect Twilio and OpenAI for voice AI workflows.
• Build reusable integration architecture with secure authentication and monitoring.
• Deliver full-stack development changes and investigate production issues.
• Improve cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guide developers through projects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production SaaS systems.
• Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, backend experience, and proficiency in Python.
• Experience with frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and relational databases.
• Proven experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong understanding of synchronization, rate limits, and data consistency.
• Experience with scheduling or transactional workflows.
• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and incident response.
• Ability to quickly understand existing codebases and deliver improvements.
• Clear communication and experience leading engineers while contributing individually.
