Description:

• Lead Instructors deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction for diverse Learners in data center technician programs.
• Responsible for preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, managing class dynamics, and collaborating with operations personnel.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and experience in physical data centers or similar environments.
• Empathy, flexibility, and a passion for mentoring diverse learners; teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English with professional verbal and writing skills; A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
• Willingness to provide instruction in the Eastern Time zone.
