Description:
- Lead Instructors deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction to diverse learners in data center technician programs.
- Responsible for preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, managing Q&A, and ensuring learner engagement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and experience in physical data centers or similar environments.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising; teaching experience is a plus.
- A+ or Network+ certification is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
