Remote Lead Machine Learning Scientist

Description:

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions for fraud detection and credit access.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk Operations to influence fraud detection and risk decisioning.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on machine learning experience with a track record in developing and optimizing predictive models.
• Deep expertise in fraud modeling, particularly in fintech or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate trade-offs in fraud prevention and member experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
