Remote Lead Power BI Developer

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions and reporting infrastructure on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and AI teams to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Proficiency in DAX measures, calculations, and custom time-intelligence logic.
• Experience with Power Query (M) for data extraction and transformation.
• Ability to diagnose and optimize report performance and data models.
• Knowledge of governance and report security protocols, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Strong collaboration skills to work with business leaders and cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
