Description:
- Lead analytics for HighLevel's AI products including Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI.
- Define feature-level KPIs and success metrics, ensuring consistent instrumentation and quality analysis.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with end-to-end metric ownership.
- Strong instrumentation skills and experience defining event tracking and taxonomy.
- Proficient in SQL and Python; familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
