Remote Lead PWA Frontend Developer

Description:

• Work on a 100% Greenfield project, building the frontend from scratch with no legacy code.
• Act as a Product Owner for the frontend, collaborating directly with backend engineers.
• Design and implement a white-label architecture for core applications.
• Build and lead a team of 2–4 Middle/Senior Vue developers.
• Organize team workflows to deliver a working Release Candidate (MVP) within 3 months.
• Ensure native-like UX and resilience under poor network conditions.
• Adapt the application for iOS, addressing mobile Safari limitations.
• Collaborate with backend team to define API contracts and optimize web performance.
• Own quality and infrastructure, including performance metrics and CI/CD pipeline setup.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Vue and TypeScript.
• Strong experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
• Experience designing frontend architecture from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with unstable network conditions and error handling.
• Experience solving iOS/Safari PWA challenges.
• Strong understanding of the PWA lifecycle and application updates.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
• (Preferred) Experience with WebRTC and advanced caching strategies.
