Description:
- Lead a team of three backend developers focusing on payments, identity verification (KYC), location services, and external integrations.
- Deliver new capabilities, evolve existing integrations, and ensure reliability in production.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience with Python as the primary language and strong backend skills.
- Hands-on experience with payments or financial systems, including launching and supporting integrations.
- Experience in building reliable API and event-driven integrations, and designing scalable services.
- Proven ability to guide projects, mentor engineers, and communicate effectively.
