- Seeking a Lead QA Developer to ensure the quality and stability of eCommerce platforms, particularly a React-based storefront and internal middleware.
- Role involves building automated testing systems and improving existing frameworks to enhance product reliability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of QA development experience with automated testing strategies.
- 2+ years of leadership or mentorship experience in QA.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for writing and reviewing automated tests.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
- Ability to architect and scale automated testing frameworks across frontend and backend systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- Strong understanding of quality metrics and specialized QA areas (API testing, performance profiling, etc.).
- Must possess qualities of humility, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
