Description:

Own QA activities across client implementations and provide final quality sign-off before go-live.
Define the test approach for implementations, covering data onboarding, dashboards, and AI-driven analytics.
Validate client data completeness and transformation at every pipeline stage.
Reconcile key business metrics against client reports and resolve discrepancies.
Verify accuracy of AI-generated answers against source data.
Build automated data validation and reconciliation checks for reuse.
Plan and run user acceptance testing (UAT) with client teams.
Manage defects through to resolution with engineering and data teams.
Run regression checks after updates or data changes.
Report implementation quality and go-live readiness to leadership and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing for Senior QA Engineer level, or 8+ years for Lead QA Engineer level.
Strong experience in software testing, test planning, and defect management.
Proficient in SQL and data validation.
Experience in testing data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms.
Experience with test automation and regression testing.
Experience in API and integration testing.
Experience in planning and conducting UAT.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
Experience with AI-driven applications or analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
