Remote Lead Software Engineer

Description:

• Lead a product squad of software engineers, acting as the technical point of contact and coach.
• Participate in strategic meetings with CPTO and Engineering Director to address challenges and celebrate successes.
• Maintain coding responsibilities, dedicating up to 80% of time to development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a tech lead/mentor in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in leading technical initiatives focused on performance and reliability.
• Full stack programming experience with Agile methodologies and modern programming languages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or equivalent).
