Description:
- Lead Software Engineer role at Ravio, focusing on technical leadership during a platform shift from traditional SaaS to an agent-based architecture.
- Responsible for architecture and technical design across the stack, including customer-facing web app and shared infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of commercial engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership during platform shifts.
- Senior-level fluency in TypeScript and Node, with backend experience in PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and GCP.
- Strong system design skills, particularly in durability, multi-service orchestration, and performance at scale.
- Experience in distributed monorepo environments and ability to ship quickly under product pressure.
