Description:

  • Join Twilio as a Machine Learning Engineer focused on building and scaling pipelines for customer memory from raw conversation data.
  • Work with the Conversation Memory team to enhance Twilio's Conversational AI platform by ensuring accurate and efficient retrieval of customer information.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building backend services and ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
  • Strong investigative skills in service management and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with evaluation/quality-measurement systems and observability practices.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Desired: Experience with Go/Python, event-streaming systems (e.g., Kafka), LLM-backed products, and practical ML application.
