Description:
- Develop novel machine learning methods and contribute to the research agenda of the team.
- Identify areas for innovation, create novel approaches, and write papers for top conferences.
- Translate research methods into production systems running at scale.
Requirements:
- Masters/PhD in AI, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, or equivalent industry experience.
- History of publication at conferences/journals (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.).
- Proficient in Python and values scientific rigor, reproducibility, and high-quality software.
- Passionate about computer vision and solving practical user problems.
- Preferred: Experience optimizing models for edge hardware and expertise in PyTorch.
Benefits:
- Target compensation of $168,000 - $255,000 base, based on location and level.
- $4000/yr travel stipend, health insurance coverage, productivity and AI stipends, and home office stipend.
- Unlimited PTO with a minimum of 2 weeks, 12 weeks parental leave, and equity in the company.
