Description:
- Lead the Managed Data Services (MDS) for a dedicated enterprise account, overseeing data submission activities across third-party data providers.
- Manage a team responsible for submission workflows, exception remediation, and data quality oversight.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in real estate data management or managed services delivery.
- Strong knowledge of property-level financial data and experience managing high-volume data operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client escalations.
- Familiarity with data submission platforms and a tech-forward mindset.
