Remote Manual QA Engineer (Backend, Emails)

Description:

• Analyze product requirements and create structured test cases and scenarios.
• Test internal CRM systems focusing on data accuracy and business logic validation.
• Validate email campaigns and push notifications for correct triggers and delivery logic.
• Perform manual testing of web applications including functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
• Test APIs using Postman or Swagger, covering both positive and negative scenarios.
• Use DevTools for inspecting network requests and logs for deeper issue analysis.
• Assess testing risks and contribute to sprint planning and task estimation.
• Create clear and structured bug reports with reproduction steps and prioritization.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and overall testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manual QA (web), including CRM and email campaign testing.
• Understanding of retention and acquisition-driven product models.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience writing test cases and bug reports in Jira or any TMS.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, or solid SQL knowledge.
• Basic experience with Git and incident analysis.
