Remote Manual QA Engineer (Web, CRM)

Description:

• United Tech is a global IT product company focused on real-time social connection, building mobile and web apps for live-streaming and social networking.
• Seeking a Manual QA Engineer to ensure high product quality across web applications, internal CRM, email campaigns, and push notifications.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manual QA (web), including testing CRM systems and email campaigns.
• Understanding of SDLC/STLC, types of testing, and test design techniques.
• Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.
• Proficient in writing test cases and bug reports in TMS/Jira.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB / BigQuery / DataGrip.
• Basic knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab).
• Experience with logs in Lens/Grafana and debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler).
• Automation skills are a plus, including automating routine tasks.
