Remote Medior Engineer (Network engineer)

Description:

• Responsible for technical design and validation of ICT solutions (network and security) for customers.
• Install and maintain systems at both hardware and software levels, including private cloud solutions.
• Provide hands-on training to customers post-installation and support existing installations (2nd & 3rd line support).
• Collaborate with project managers and work in a customer-focused ICT team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a Network Security position.
• Technical knowledge in firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto), network security, patch management, and networking (L1, L2, L3).
• Proficient in Dutch and English, with basic knowledge of French.
• Willingness to travel throughout Belgium and participate in a 24/7 on-call system.
