Description:

  • Seeking a Member of Technical Staff, AI Researcher to develop evaluation frameworks and feedback systems for AI in mission-critical organizations.
  • Role combines research and engineering to enhance AI capabilities in real-world workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, computer science, or related fields.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with AI agents, reinforcement learning, and model evaluations.
  • Ability to design experiments and translate findings into technical decisions.
  • U.S. citizenship required; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
