Description:

  • Design and implement novel research ideas and ship state-of-the-art models to production.
  • Build and scale agentic AI systems for mission-critical use cases.
  • Collaborate with top researchers and execute across the full AI stack.

Requirements:

  • Canadian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance (required).
  • Strong software engineering skills and proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
  • Experience with training and evaluating LLMs and large-scale distributed GPU training strategies.
  • Bonus: Publication at top-tier venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML).
