Description:
- The Data & AI Solution Architect will mentor team members and enable growth within the Data & AI Services team at MCA Connect.
- Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales efforts, leading project implementations, and designing scalable technical architectures for Microsoft data solutions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing (Azure/SQL/Synapse/Spark/Delta Lake), ETL (ADF Pipelines/SSIS), and Power BI.
- 2+ years in a Data Architect role with familiarity in big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
- Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 with additional annual supplemental compensation of $20,000 - $30,000.
