Remote Mid-Level Backend Engineer

• The company is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Backend Engineer to join their remote team based in Algeria.
• The role involves developing and maintaining backend infrastructure and working on exciting projects using PHP or Node.js and frameworks like Symfony.
• The engineer will contribute to the efficiency and scalability of systems, ensuring seamless integration with various technologies.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience deploying production code in Node.js.
• Familiarity with Nest.js or similar frameworks is required.
• Experience with message queues such as AWS SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar AMQP-based technologies is necessary.
• Proficiency in Docker or other container platforms is essential.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful or RPC-based APIs is required.
• The ability to write behavior-based test suites using Jest or Mocha-Sinon-Chai is necessary.
• Fluency in English is a must.
