• The role involves solving applied ML tasks that improve model reasoning, from baseline solutions to optimized workflows.
• Responsibilities include evaluating scientific writing by comparing research abstracts and introductions using review rubrics for clarity, correctness, and impact.
• The specialist will debug advanced model behavior by probing large language models (LLMs) on optimization, fairness, regularization, transformers, and applied NLP, while documenting failure modes.
• The role requires designing new benchmark tasks, identifying datasets, analyzing state-of-the-art papers, building evaluation scripts, and providing reference implementations.
• Improving training datasets by delivering structured feedback to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and usefulness of AI outputs is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or data science.
• Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, probabilistic modeling, and applied NLP is required.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud-based workflows is essential.
• A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred; peer-reviewed research or production ML systems experience is a strong plus.
