Atimi is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer for a fully remote position in Canada, with EST working hours.
The role involves proactive collaboration within the project team to develop products and guide the team through the entire development lifecycle.
Responsibilities include ensuring code quality and governance, planning and contributing to architecture and development, and refactoring codebases for continuous improvement.
The engineer will communicate technical decisions to the global team, take responsibility for releases, and support live applications.
The position also requires involvement in the deployment and operation of software (DevOps) and delivering fair outcomes for customers while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong Java experience of 5+ years.
Experience with LLM optimization and setting ML pipelines and infrastructure is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Python is necessary.
Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, ECS, CDK, Lambda, and S3 is essential.
Experience with DynamoDB and SQL is required.
Candidates should have experience using and/or configuring CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in building Gen AI-based applications is necessary.
Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns is required.
Candidates must have experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
