Remote Mobile Telecom Support Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Mobile Support Engineer to join the telecom team for monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating core network issues.
• Opportunity to work with experienced professionals and learn about mobile telecom networks.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a telecom environment with L3 support or similar roles.
• Proficient in protocol signaling analysis for 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE networks and understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with Wireshark for signaling trace analysis and troubleshooting SS7 signaling networks.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, and basic knowledge of Python/Linux/Bash.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work on a 24/7 on-call rotating roster.
