Coconut is seeking a Monday.com Solutions Architect to connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent.
The position offers a monthly rate of $1250 - $2150 and requires full-time availability of 40 hours per week during CDT business hours.
Candidates must prepare an English proficiency rating, a Coconut VA profile (resume) in a specified format, and a 1-minute introduction video.
Responsibilities include communicating directly with clients, leading client calls, translating business processes into effective Monday.com boards, and continuously improving existing systems.
The role also involves troubleshooting issues, addressing client questions, creating explanatory Loom videos, documenting work, and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to understand, manage, and optimize complex systems over time.
Strong problem-solving skills with consistent use of logic and pattern recognition are essential.
A high standard for organization, accuracy, and well-structured workflows is required.
The ability to explain processes and systems clearly to build confidence in others is necessary.
A proven mindset of continuous learning with measurable improvement over time is expected.
Strong strategic thinking skills and comfort working within systems-driven environments are non-negotiable.
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and familiarity with automations or light development work is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, WordPress, Google Docs, Monday.com, Airtable, and other specified tools is required.
