Description:

  • Provide professional technical support services for MongoDB, resolving complex customer issues.
  • Assist fellow support engineers, create support content, and influence product strategy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of RDBMS and MongoDB, including configuration, schema design, performance tuning, and backup solutions.
  • Experience with Linux systems, virtualized environments (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Completed MongoDB University courses and experience working with customers in English.
